Thank you for shopping at Akupanell. We appreciate your purchase and want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened, including plastic packages. Additionally, please refrain from cutting panels or altering the product in any way if you intend to return it.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@akupanell.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@akupanell.com with your order number and details about the product issue.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to info@akupanell.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
